Step 1 Negotiation
Both parties negotiate the project contents by means of telephone, fax, e-mail or face to face, including language, workload, application, term of delivery, field concerned, unit price, amount and mode of payment etc.
Step 2 Signing the Contracts
Both parties sign translation contract to determine rights and obligations after they reach agreement.
Step 3 Down Payment
After the client and our company sign the contract, it must pay 50% as the down payment (performance deposit), 100% for the contract valued below 100 yuan. In principle, we commence translation after we receive down payment, no down payment is paid for long-term cooperation.
Step 4 Project Completion
Refer to translation process.
Step 5 Client Acceptance
After translation project is completed, the client will make acceptance, the acceptance items include accuracy and validity of our translations as well as correctness of the contents.
Step 6 Balance Payment
After the client accepts translations, the client shall pay off the balance according to the stipulations of the contract, we will deliver all translations (including the prints and electronic version each) to the client after we receive balance.
Step 7 Service after Translation
After payment and delivery, we continue to bear the promised after-translation service, if the client demands any amendment, deletion, addition and typesetting for the finished translation, we will carry out amendment without compensation till the clients are satisfied.
